Organic Farming

“Spyglass Gardens is an all natural farm producing for 10 years. Growing everything from Arugula to Zucchini and various seasonal fruits and berries. We discovered the Alpha Three Complex™ mid season of 2009. To test the product we applied to only half our pepper plants as a side dressing. Within 2 weeks we noticed a substantial change in color of leaves and new growth. By the 5th week we were harvesting mature peppers from these plants, while the remaining untreated plants were still immature. Although we saw the benefits in mid season for the peppers the true test came when we started our fall crop of lettuces. The Alpha Three Complex™ was incorporated into the lettuce beds before transplanting the plugs. In 3-4 weeks we were harvesting 12”-15” heads of lettuce. Some of the Romaine was 20” tall. Flavor and texture was amazing. This next season we plan to incorporate Alpha Three Complex™ in all of our seed beds and transplant rows prior to planting. We are planning Test Plots for additional side dressing during the growing season for various varieties."
